Paul Holmes, MA, ACC

Principal Consultant

 

With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, Paul works at the intersection of organizational change, strategy, operations, culture, and leadership. He bridges the human side of leadership with the operational disciplines needed to deliver results. His expertise spans business planning and operations, people and strategic leadership, change management, diversity, and learning and development. He specializes in transformation at both the individual and organizational levels through consulting, coaching, and teaching. He has lived, led, worked, and taught on three continents with people from over 150 countries.

 

An experienced trainer, facilitator, and keynote speaker, Paul has designed and delivered programs across sectors including human services, energy, construction, manufacturing, and government. With a strong background in instructional design, he has created numerous courses and workshops for both classroom and online learning. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Manager of Corporate Partnerships at the Centre for Excellence in Intercultural Education, where he led pioneering projects with government and industry partners to develop training resources that continue to be used across Canada. Over the last decade, he has partnered with human services agencies to achieve greater impact—helping them do more with the same or fewer resources by working smarter and building resilient organizations.

 

Paul holds an MA in International Studies, and graduate certificates in business leadership, change management, and instructional design. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

Lydia Holmes, MBA, PMP, CPHR

Principal Consultant

 

As a seasoned organizational development and effectiveness strategist, Lydia has over 20 years of experience in improving processes and systems related to talent management and business operations. She also has extensive experience with strategic and business planning, leadership development, change management, and employee motivation and engagement. She has led and managed numerous projects for over 20 years, including some provincial in scope involving a variety of stakeholders and complex change management issues.

 

She brings significant experience conducting needs assessments and organization/team reviews to identify workforce and operational gaps and provide solutions for meaningful change. In addition, she has been extensively involved in the instructional design, development, and evaluation of classroom and online courses for over 10 years. Lydia manages all operations and projects and brings a wealth of management experience and business acumen. Prior to joining A&H, she was the Director, Workforce Planning at the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service for several years.

 

Lydia has an MBA, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
