This program focuses on planning skills to turn ideas into action. In today’s fast-paced environment, these skills are essential. Unlock these untapped capabilities across your leadership team. This program equips leaders with practical planning skills to anticipate challenges, design initiatives, align people, coordinate timelines, and lead teams to clear, confident, and impactful results.
People Leadership
This program focuses on the two central aspects of leading people: performance and engagement. Participants learn how to adjust supervision styles to the developmental level of staff, support under-engaged individuals, resolve performance issues, do performance planning, increase engagement and motivation, and build trust and accountability with people.
They exit the program with a team development plan, staff onboarding roadmap, and the draft of a team charter to implement immediately into their team contexts.
Mastering Workplace Communication
This program focuses on the written and oral aspects of professional communication.
Participants learn how to write clearly, concisely, and coherently in text, email, and related informational correspondence to make strong first impressions and to facilitate the effective flow of information internally and externally for the organization. They learn how to present information to various audiences; to communicate with tact or assertiveness depending on context; and to speak persuasively as the need arises. They exit the program with a resource of leading practices they can share with their teams.
We also deliver standalone courses and can customize training to your organizational needs.
Training costs vary depending on the length of the program/course, time to tailor content, number of participants in the cohort, location of training,
and whether different levels of evaluation and assessment to measure ROI are included.
We offer pre and post knowledge-based participant assessment or more comprehensive application-based participant assessment for an additional cost.
